Ms. Deaver & Ms. Brutton
Thank you for taking the time to speak with me this afternoon. As requested, I have
attached the initial lab results for your review.
Based on our discussion, my understanding is that you will provide confirmation by close
of business on Monday, June 2, regarding which day next week would be best for our
inspectors to visit your property for sampling.
Please reply to this email with those details, and I will coordinate with my team
accordingly.
Sincerely,
Courtney Frazier

How was my neighbor allowed to refuse entry to collect samples when there was probable cause?
Why were they so responsive and accommodating to my neighbor, but completely ignored me, the victim?

Why was my neighbor told
"We appreciate the difficulty of this situation for you, and we will strive to be as accommodating as possible", but nobody at FDACS has ever said this to me, the victim?

Courtney Frazier, Assistant Director of AES for the Florida Department of Agriculture is sympathetic to the people who believe they are allowed to do whatever they feel necessary to keep bees off their property?

Why is she not sympathetic to the victim of an admitted, egregious, illegal misuse of a pesticide?
